Achieving your best self always starts with a good coach to lead you on your journey. One of the main services I provide is one-on-one personal training. This all starts with an initial assessment where we will explore what your main priorities are. Think of this as an interview.
I like to know what your current lifestyle looks like. For example, how active are you? How long do you sit during the day? Do you have an active or sedentary job? Do you have any current or past medical issues? Is there any form of exercise that are contraindicated? Are there any types of exercises or workouts that you specifically enjoy?
I feel it is important to get to know you personally, so I can do my job better and craft a program that fits your needs and wants. Once I collect all the pertinent information from you, we will get you to where you want to go as quickly as possible.
