Achieving your best self always starts with a good coach to lead you on your journey. One of the main services I provide is one-on-one personal training. This all starts with an initial assessment where we will explore what your main priorities are. Think of this as an interview.

I like to know what your current lifestyle looks like. For example, how active are you? How long do you sit during the day? Do you have an active or sedentary job? Do you have any current or past medical issues? Is there any form of exercise that are contraindicated? Are there any types of exercises or workouts that you specifically enjoy?

I feel it is important to get to know you personally, so I can do my job better and craft a program that fits your needs and wants. Once I collect all the pertinent information from you, we will get you to where you want to go as quickly as possible.

In order for you to make significant changes, you must be willing to put the work in and go beyond your comfort zone. But that is not the easiest thing to do when you are left to your own devices.

I know this firsthand and that’s why I will be there every step of the way. And also I know how the thought of behavioral changes can be intimidating and even scary. But I will ensure that you are comfortable and at complete ease throughout the entire process.

I do this by structuring a program that is laser-light focused on your overall objectives and hold you accountable to achieve those objectives. Improving your quality of life is a major priority of mine. And a big part of this process revolves around goal setting.

Without a roadmap of where you see yourself in the future, you will likely end up lost and frustrated. This is why so many people start a program, only to fall off the wagon after a few short weeks or even days.

I don’t allow that to happen when I’m training people. I make sure you have a clear vision of where you see yourself several months down the road and then I help you bring that visualization to reality.

Once we have your vision all dialed in, it’s then time to get to work. We will meet in person at my studio where there are no distractions and no obstacles that can get in the way that you may see at a public gym.

Regardless if you are looking to add muscle mass, build more strength, lose weight or get in peak shape for an upcoming race, I have your back. MY goal is for you to experience all of these benefits that you can physically see and feel in as short of a timeframe as possible.

But it will all be done in a safe manner without fear of getting pushed too hard, too fast. Your health and safety is my number one concern.
